Decided to do an endurance workout based on 800 meters. Each set worked on the 800 distance but with different types of speed and effort. I knew it was going to be a longer workout going into it so I kept the effort level lower so that I could finish it without hurting myself. I tried keeping a consistent pace throughout the workout but the yards started to pile up and my arms were hurting towards the end. 100s were not the fastest time but my arms started to cramp so I did what I could to push through. Overall the last time I did a workout like this was last year around this time and I felt far better now than I did then.
I don't think I will be doing a workout this long for awhile. I didn't feel strong throughout it which made my form deviate. I will be back up to this but I want it when I'm ready.
