I planned on copying Alex's workout from last week, with a few tweaks, one of the days this week and today seemed like a good day to do it. Worked out a little bit of soreness and reluctance to do anything during the warm-up and hit it head on with the 100s. They felt calm and collective for the first 6 or so and then they started to get to me. When I'm doing a longer stint of repeats I need to work into three count breathing so I don't go into oxygen debt. Once I started to realize that my stroke improved and I didn't have to push as hard. Breezed through the 50s and onto the 100s. Pushed hard through them and was hitting 1:14s throughout with a possible 1:13 or 2 in there. I really wanted to hit 1:13 and be sure I actually got it so I did an extra 100 at the end. Lo and behold I hit a 1:12! Awesome workout, very happy about my times.
