Started from Boyce 745am and Ran 9.5 with J-Mar & Rob Harbaugh on the streets to Sardia Ln Prov Rd. -> Fairview..
Then picked up another 12ish with Hovis, Compton, Mitchell, Spada, Spada Daughter, & Will. Avg 10K time for this group is like a 31:30 probably.. Hearing that my mile PR is equal to some of the upcoming 7th graders in the region is always comforting. Hung on for a bit but faded around my mile 116-17ish after the McAlpine hill and sprinting to catch up to them after leaving Spada & Sophie. Overall good run and over 2:30 hours on the feet with some pick-ups.
