Treadmill Long Run. -8 out and the roads are in bad shape. Thus, 90 on the mill is a better option. Pretty slow and sluggish to start out. 8min/mile to start out. Built down a tad the first hour, but still hit 8 in juuust under 1hr. Took a quick bathroom break and then did the last 5 in 32min and change. Started at 6:40 pace and was down to around 6 flat or just under the last two or so.
