Felt super flat again. Trying to keep up this every-other-day pattern through next Wednesday (when I head down to KC for Jane's sister's wedding). Besides the slowness of this run, it was enjoyable. Spent a lot of time on roads that would be too dangerous to run on any time except first thing in the am on a weekend. Took Mack Rd to Atten Park and cut through to Herrick which took me to Warrenville to Ferry. Nice weather too - 30 degrees and hardly any wind.
