Easy run first thing in the morning. Sore from yesterday's run as well as from work last night. Beautiful day but still wore pants just to help facilitate opening up. Mission accomplished. Felt a ton better at the end of the run compared to the beginning. Good use of a short window on a Sunday morning.

7 of my last 8 weeks have been over 50mpw. That's decent.
