Notes

Initially planned on doing 12 hills but this was a much bigger shock to the system than I expected. After 3 I was struggling to keep up with Paul. Every time we'd get close to the top of the hill I'd hit a wall and Paul would hit a new gear so that he'd put 2-3 seconds on me before the stop sign. Want to get a workout like this in pretty much every week through the winter to help keep the anaerobic fitness sharp. I'll have plenty of opportunities to run around for 80-90min but in order to be ready for R2R (4 months from today!) I need to keep anaerobic workouts as a regular part of the schedule.
