Snowy morning. Path was much better than yesterday, but still slick in some spots. I was hoping to get a solid workout in. Tried to get the legs going numerous times throughout the first 30min, but could never get going. Finally clicked around 4.75 and ended up doing a 3.25mi tempo to finish. A little embarassed that 6:15 pace was this hard for 3 miles, but whatever. Just more motivation to keep these harder runs up. Consistency turns into fitness.
