Notes

Wanted to get a baseline down for my goal of getting under 5 before the end of the year. This is about where I expected to be. First attempt at a sustained all-out effort in a while. It will take a little while for the mental aspect to get there even if the physical aspect is where it needs to be. Add to that the fact that this was on my own, on a dark and wet track during the 6am hour in trainers, and I'd say I'm fairly close to where I want to be.
