Notes

A few down days helped to get my legs back underneath me. Felt a lot better than I have in a long time - a lot stronger on the hills than even last week. Hopefully this is a signal of what is ahead for the spring. The pace was solid pretty much from the get-go. I did an extended version of the west side to start, followed by an extended east side, another west side and then to the top of Frost HIll before turning around and jogging back to the parking lot. I was definitely hurting a the end but happy with how steady I was able to keep the pace the whole time, even on the hills.
