Decided to hop on the treadmill instead of run outside in the cold and rain because I was sick earlier this week and also because I am a huge sally.

Got a great workout in. After a 1mi warm up I went into a 2.5mi tempo that maxed out at 10.3mph. Took a half mile down at 9mph, then went back up to 10.5 for 1.5mi. Another 1/2mi down. Followed by 1mi up at 10.6-10.8mph. After another 1/2mi down, I did one final 1/2mi up starting at 11mph and finishing at 11.5. Super hard. Almost barfed at the end. Awesome. One of my best workouts in quite a while.
