Notes

8 hill repeats on the West Side Loop. The hill is exactly .3 miles, so 8 hill repeats (without going back to the bottom for the last one) is exactly 4.5 miles. Felt good starting out and then the wheels fell off for the fourth. I was able to pull it back together for the final few though and had an especially good last two. Great workout both mentally and physically.
