At the beginning of the week I had hoped to get another 10 miler in today. My legs just weren't ready for that though. Especially after not doing my workout until 630pm on Tuesday. If I was able to do my workout for today in the afternoon/evening I'm sure my legs would have been more cooperative. I decided to cut my losses though and just take it easy around Blackwell. Opened up throughout the run but definitely think 6mi was a better choice. Just need to be patient as I build each week.
