Nice building run to open up. Kept within myself but also pushed the pace. Last 1.5 was just under 9 and my last mile was 5:49. Definitely got hunted by a bird for about 50 meters. This has happened to me before and is normally a tad frightening. After the plethora of horror stories to come out this week I was scared to death. In the past I've compared Fermi Lab to one of the islands in the Jurassic Park movies because of the odd landscape and scientific buildings. Today it felt like Jurassic Park because I thought I was being hunted like when the Australian big game hunter tries to hunt the velociraptors so that the blonde chick can get to the power source but the velociraptors end up hunting him. That was a freaky scene and that is how I felt today. As I started to think about this on the run I got to wondering; why was the AUSTRALIAN guy the premier big game hunter in the world? How much big game is there in Australia?
