Started run by heading down to Prairie path and then running west for a few miles. It was a great time of day to do that because I got to watch the sun go down. I turned around after I went over the bike bridge over Ferry road. Followed my tracks back for a bit before turning down Warrenville road and then heading back up Batavia Ave to my house. Added on half of the "neighborhood route" to make it a full ten. Overall I felt pretty good and didn't struggle to keep up a quicker pace. I even threw in a few pick ups throughout the run for good measure (but nothing I'd call a fartlek). Will probably take the next two days a little easier so as to make sure I am sharp for Thursdays race.
