1min rest between intervals. This was not a blazing workout. I am not going to impress anybody with my speed. For me, this is pretty good though. I thought that if I could break 35 on all of them I'd be happy. Looking to work some more fast/anaerobic stuff like this in over the next few weeks just to switch it up a bit and hopefully not completely embarass myself in my few summer 5ks or 10ks.
