Have I really been this terrible at updating my log? I've got 5 runs I've missed apparently.
This one was a good one. Mid twenties and calm. The path was mostly cleared, but you had a lot of spots that you had to watch out for. Not surprisingly that slowed the pace down a bit.
Ran with my headlamp all the way up to Falls Park. They have a great Xmas light display there every year, and it was already up. It was kind of surreal to be at this beautifully lit park by the frozen falls and all alone in the dark of the morning. By the time I was making my way back the sun was starting to peak out, so I was able to enjoy the sunrise the rest of the way.
Nothing too noteworthy about the effort of this run. Kept it easy b/c I had to constantly watch my step. Obviously those 5:xx mile splits are off. GPS messed up while going through downtown. Run was probably more like 11.25
