Obviously this workout is nothing to brag about. I just wanted to get a quick workout in that forced me to go anaerobic. Took 100m jog in between each repeat. Was definitely feeling it by the end. 30 degrees is not ideal track workout weather either. Still, glad to have gotten this in. I am in terrible anaerobic shape and will need to through track workouts in at least once a week for a while, as long as the weather allows.

I didn't look at any of my times during the workout. My watch was buried underneath by sleeve. I just ran by feel. Needless to say, I am pathetically slow. I am in bad anaerobic shape and it takes me 50m just to get going, so the 100s and 200s are pretty much a waste. I know that consistency in track workouts will pay off quickly though. A few years ago I ran like 206 (memory is bit fuzzy) at the Enright classic in the 800 just by doing a bunch of 200m repeats twice a week leading up to it.
