Obviously this workout is nothing to brag about. I just wanted to get a quick workout in that forced me to go anaerobic. Took 100m jog in between each repeat. Was definitely feeling it by the end. 30 degrees is not ideal track workout weather either. Still, glad to have gotten this in. I am in terrible anaerobic shape and will need to through track workouts in at least once a week for a while, as long as the weather allows.
