Pace and Effort are still not where they were. I was on the edge of tempo from pretty much 20 minutes onward. It was weird because in one sense I didn't feel like I was going hard or fast but I was definitely struggling. Oh well. It'll only get better from here. The weather was pretty crappy too. I'd say that this was by far our worst Thursday morning run in terms of attitude all winter. I think the little teases of spring we have been getting make us feel entitled to good weather every day instead of the 15 degrees and 30mph winds we had today. Go figure.
