Awesome workout today. I'll just give the whole rundown here and then just log each part of the run on their own:

2 mile warm-up - 13min.

10 hill repeats - 35:01 (alternate b/w gravel and grass sides)

2 mile tempo - 12:03

"maintenance" hill (NT)

3 mile cool down
