Very happy with this workout. I did 3x1mi with a half mile jog break in between. On all of these, I was able to go faster than my first mile from Tuesday. On Tuesday I felt dead after one 5:53mi. Felt strong through the end of this workout. After the 4mi fartlek I added on 4x.25mi with about 80sec rest.
