15x400 broken up into three sets of 5. In between each set was a 100m jog which was usually between 30 and 40 seconds. After each set of 5 we took a 400m jog. I'm not really sure about the time on those. Overall this was a great workout. Greg, Andy and I all took turns leading. I sure do miss having people to workout with regularly. This was my first genuine workout with somebody in a long time (only time I'm with people is usually Thursday morning medium runs and Saturday morning long runs). It was a bit chilly but there was essentially no wind, so great weather for a track workout. Going in I thought I'd be lucky to average around 76 or 77. Obviously I ran much faster than that. Super encouraged by how rhythmical 5 minute pace felt. Having done nothing but tempos, long runs, fartleks and hills, I wasn't sure what to expect from my body. Can't wait until next weekend.
