It's hard to measure this route exactly because I spend some time in Lincoln Marsh, but I think it's a hair under 6. I ran that in 39 flat. After that I did some strides to finish off the warm-up, so I don't have a problem calling this whole segment 6 miles. This was one of those perfect morning warm-up runs. My stomach felt crazy at the start and I didn't feel like moving much. As the run went on I opened up pretty nicely and my stomach settled as well; mission accomplished - ready for a good workout.
