This was actually a very steady 1hr bike ride. I want to count it as running mileage though, so I'm translating it conservatively to the equivalent of an 8mi run. 40 degrees and pouring rain. Decided the bike was better than a run. Watched a ridiculous episode of House MD. Most of them follow the exact same formula. This one was no exception.
