I've taken it pretty easy this week because I want to get good feedback from tomorrow's 5k. As a result I felt good today but a little sluggish. To try and rectify that I threw in some pick ups randomly throughout the run. I think that worked well because I felt a lot better at the end of the run than I did at the finish. Looking forward to testing myself tomorrow. Just read Crumrine's workout from yesterday too. That was awesome. Got me really fired up.
