Notes

Felt a lot better on this run than I did last week. Hit a solid pace early and was able to keep a solid rhythm the whole time. Was definitely tired and ready to be done by the end, but overall this was a great indicator of increasing fitness. Ran up Blackwell once around 55min into the run. Took a Gu 70min in.
