Notes

Much better run today than Thursday. Headed out the door thinking I'd just do an hour. Felt good enough to add on more. First 30min were actually pretty slow. My legs were struggling to wake up but I eventually got going and from 45min on was probably hitting 620s. Would have added on an extra 30min but because I got such a late start on this run I couldn't justify adding on any more than I already had. The rest of the day was calling. Still a good run and a good way to salvage what has been a pretty down week.
