Second time I've used the treadmill this week. Am I becoming soft? Maybe. I can't be sure. But I CAN be sure that I am increasing my vo2max (which is not what I would have done outside in the snow). Used the first 2 miles or so of the run to warm up. By 2.5 miles I was cranking up the speed with each song on my ipod. After 9.5 miles I did a half mile down.
