Notes

Waaaaay better than last week. Actually felt like I was getting a real workout in. Attacked the first one just to set the tone and consciously stayed steady during the downhill. The first three were really solid. The next three were tougher but I stayed strong. On the 7th Paul pulled away at the crest of the hill. The next two were rough but Paul started behind me on both of them challenging me to finish in front of him. That helped a bunch. Felt beat afterward and was quite dizzy for a minute or two. Keep plugging away at this workout each week and results will follow.
