I didn't actually time this run. I just wanted to cover some distance and not waste energy lamenting my pace. This run was way harder than it should have been. I am definitely not where I want to be. But I need to start somewhere. This is where I am at. No sense crying about that. As long as I let each week build on the last and stay consistent, I'll still be in great shape by April. Focusing in just getting in a few "longer" days this week - set up the pattern for training hard, and then I can fill that pattern in with quality in future weeks.
