7 blackwell hills. 3 grass hills and 4 gravel hills. Not the fastest hills I've ever run but still a solid workout. There's nothing that feels quite as awful as those last 15m of Blackwell. Encouraged by how strong I felt but this also served as a reminder of how much room for improvement I have. Consistent hills could make me a whole lot better.
