Not sure of the exact length of this run but that's okay. Somewhere between 10.5 and 11. Anyway... Jane is home from Dubai (yay!!) and doesn't go back to work until Wednesday. Her bike was still at the house she was staying at before she left but she is now going to keep it at my house because she's moved into an apartment in Naperville and doesn't want to keep it there. So we parked her car at the place her bike is and she rode while I ran. We did a small loop through Herrick before heading back to Blackwell and finally finishing at my house. It's hard to tell exactly how fast or even how hard you're going when you're running alongside a bike that's not working too hard. By the last 2-3 miles I was really hurting though. Was probably in the 6:10 range from about 15 minutes through 50minutes. Then once we got back onto the roads and into the wind I slowed down a bit but had a good last mile back around 6:05. Was definitely hot, tired, tight and dehydrated by the end though.
