Didn't feel so hot on these hills (or on the warm-up). I would describe it as just feeling "weak." I don't know if that's because I'm out of shape after a few inconsistent weeks or because of being sick over the weekend. Either way, it wasn't a great workout. But that's okay, I still got it in. Often these mediocre workouts are what help you break through to the great ones because it gets you hungry for solid training. Lets hope that's case.
