Nobody else was at NCC to run at 5:30 so I headed off and did Wacky Wednesday on my own. I circled around the fieldhouse, did duck and then went into Tues/Thurs morning run before finishing up around the field house to make it an even ten. Built through the run nicely and was under 630 pace for the last 30 minutes so. I think I timed my last two at right around 12:15. Tried to just stay steady and strong at the end instead of really "burning" it in.
