Really happy with the 800s. Just under 2min rest after each. Originally planned on doing 4-5 800s. Switched to 400s after 3 so as to get my legs moving a little bit faster. That didn't really work. Cold day for a track workout (probably best we'll have this week though). Not a great workout but not a bad one either. I'll take it.

Nice workout, Dan! It's never easy to jump on the track and pound out fast twitch intervals in cold December.
