One of those runs that you are super glad you got in afterwards but was cursing having to do when the alarm went off. Because most of the team ran at OshKosh last night it was just Tim Les., Nick Hird and myself at 6:30. We headed north towards Herrick so we could start with the wind in our faces. Nick turned back at Galusha while Tim and I headed north by WWS and did a loop through a neighborhood around there. We then headed back and finished up Nike Park, coming down Royal St. George and then heading down 5th Ave all the way to Columbia to Porter to Loomis. Finished the last 2 minutes on the indoor track. Pace was pretty relaxed for most of the run, especially early on because we were all cold. Finally for the last 45 minutes or so we got rolling but I certainly wasn't cashed at the end of this run.
