Solid Tempo run on the treadmill in the morning. Started with a 3.5mi pick up that went from 10 to 10.2mph. Then I took .75 down at 9mph. I was planning on doing a few shorter pick ups the finish off the workout from there but ended up doing a longer 2.25mi pick up that started at 10.2 but went up to 10.5 after a quarter mile and stayed there until the last half when I started bumping it up to 11mph. Solid run. Was really hurting at the end.
