4 repeats of the Four Lakes road hill. This is definitely a different type of workout than huffman. Felt sluggish on all four but relatively strong, my legs just didn't want to move quickly. That meant that this was a good chance to get a mental workout in - focusing on pressing myself out of my comfort zone no matter how badly my legs wanted to stay put.
