Disappointing run. Legs still heavy. Last week was pretty hard, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that I'm feeling sluggish this week. I was really hoping to use today to bounce back though. Oh well. Recovery is key. The fitness is there. Just need to get my legs back underneath me.
