Weird morning. Took yesterday off for some family stuff. Thought I'd get a run in earlier but instead shoveled out from the lovely blizzard we had yesterday. One of those days where I just couldn't get in the zone. Some days I can do an hour without any trouble on the treadmiill. Other days I desperately want to get off 15min in. This was one of THOSE days.
