Jane wanted some company on her run when she got home for work. Being the fantastic husband that I am, I agreed to join her. Good times. I wasn't really sure what to expect from this run and how it will effect me. Maybe easy mileage like this here and there is helpful...maybe not. I dunno. It was enjoyable to get out for a second run with my wife on a nice evening though.
