Notes

The reason that the times go up and down is that the repeats heading north were slightly downhill and the repeats heading south were then slightly uphill. The highest point was in the middle though, so I had to do some climbing for each repeat. I definitely am going to need to spend more time under 5:30 pace over the next two months in order to get ready for R2R.
