Some days you just feel terrible. There's not always an explanation. Although, I think may be getting sick. Just in time for Christmas! Tried to hit the big hill hard about .25mi into the run and just bit it after a minute. Had the equivalent of an ice cream headache (but from the shoulders up) the rest of the run.
