I don't think I will have time for a long run this weekend so I wanted to get one in today. Met Henz at NCC and we did extended Cress Creek, cut through McDowell (mistake) and then headed out to Brookdale Rd and took that back to Wacky Wednesday. Henz was done after that and I headed east to do quasi winter route. Overall it was a good and enjoyable run but I never felt very good and was happy to be done. I guess it says good things about my training if 15.5 hardly feels like a legit long run and I'm covering that distance on a day I don't feel very good.
