Another nice 80min run. Not as relaxed as Monday, but still not too hard. Made a point of taking a hillier route back instead of just staying on the pancake flat path for the whole run. That's one goal for my training going forward: Don't stick entirely to the path - hit the roads and find some rolling hills.
