Suuuper foggy and humid (quite a contrast to yesterday morning's clear sky and a full moon making it oddly bright for 530am).
Solid 12.5mi run up past the prison and back (why did I loop past the state pen on a dark and foggy morning?). Effort felt harder than the pace. Some days will just be like that. Maybe it was the humidity. Maybe it was the hilly Saturday run combined with a hilly Saturday hike (while carrying Micah for a large chunk of the uphills). Who knows. At least I got this effort in. Good start to the week.
