Notes
Last night I suddenly got really stuffed up again. I think that may have happened because I was moving a lot of stuff around in my room and kicked up a lot of dust. At least, I hope that's what happened. I really want to be healthy and ready to go for tomorrow's race. I intentionally overdressed for today's run to try and "sweat out" whatever has got me down. I felt a ton better after the run, so hopefully it worked. Legs feel ready to go. I just hope I can breath.
