Easy warm-up. When I left my house I wasn't sure what I was going to do for a workout. Initial plan was to hit the track but besides that I didn't know exactly what I would do. Decided to scrap that plan and did hills instead. Glad I made the switch. Felt like I was really struggling to open up on the warm-up and therefore didn't want to fuss about times/splits/etc on the track. Hills were a good way to open up and run hard without thinking about splits.
