Notes

solid controlled fartlek. Legs felt good. Did ~1.75 for a warm up. The rest of the workout was point to point pick ups of 4-6min with 3-6min as recovery in between each one. Great 2 weeks out workout - quality with some distance but nothing that was going to kill my legs. On tap for next week: another solid medium long run early in the week and a dress rehearsal effort at the end of the week.
