Jesus warm up with Targosz and Zach. Henz ran with us as well and then continued on for a longer run. Did Duck and a little bit more for a cool down. Felt awful on the warm up and was genuinely questioning my ability to get a quality workout in. Decided to just not think about it and to see what my body was willing to give me. Good decision.
